From screen to coloring table
A few simple settings help your coloring page arrive on paper just as you expect.
1. Choose the matching PDF
Use A4 for 210 × 297 mm paper or US Letter for 8.5 × 11 inch paper. Both versions contain the same artwork and a small ReaderNook footer.
2. Download, then open
Open the downloaded PDF in your browser or a PDF reader. Print the PDF rather than the web page for a clean sheet without navigation or advertisements.
3. Check the print preview
Choose portrait orientation and the correct paper size. Start with actual size; use “Fit to printable area” if the preview clips anything. Black-and-white or grayscale printing is suitable for these outlines.
4. Choose paper and materials
Ordinary printer paper works well for crayons and colored pencils. If you use markers, place a spare sheet underneath. Use heavier paper only if your printer supports it.
For a classroom or group
Print a sample before making multiple copies. Try providing the same outline to everyone and comparing different color choices, backgrounds, and finished scenes.
